Expedited Shipping
DinnerwareEtc.com provides expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3
Day Select) for an additional charge. The additional charge is added after
the order has been placed.

Backorders
Some items may be temporarily unavailable. While our goal is to deliver
your order quickly, it is occasionally necessary to backorder items. If an item
is unavailable you will be notified via email and we will release your backorder
as soon as we have new stock. Since we pre-bill all backorders you will not be
charged additional shipping at the time of backorder release.
Gift Wrapping
DinnerwareEtc.com offers free gift wrapping on
Herend Purchases. Gift
Wrapped orders may result in a brief delay on shipping if the item is not in stock and
must be received from the manufacturer.
Turnaround Time
DinnerwareEtc.com provides several shipping options on your order. We process all orders
within one business day. Once your order has been processed, your order will either
be shipped directly from us or "drop shipped" from the product's manufacturer.
Delivery Confirmation
DinnerwareEtc.com will provide you with an estimated delivery date from the
carrier within 48 hours of receiving your order. All orders are confirmed via email
after the checkout process is complete.
"Drop Shipped" Orders
Most drop shipped items arrive just as quickly as items shipped directly from us. If
we expect a delay in your order for any reason, you will be notified via E-Mail of the
expected delivery date.
"Special Ordered" Merchandise
Sometimes it may be necessary to special order an item due to demand. If this is
results in a delay on your order, you will be notified via E-Mail and given the option of
purchasing another item or canceling the order.
Shipping Methods
DinnerwareEtc.com primarily ships via the United Parcel Service (UPS). However, some
manufacturers do not choose UPS and it may be necessary to substitute the US Postal
Service, Federal Express or another carrier. DinnerwareEtc.com reserves the option
to choose a shipping method other than UPS that will provide comparable or better delivery
times. Sometimes this is necessary for various reasons, however if you chose an expedited
shipping method, the alternate method will be comparable.
Holiday Shipping
The holiday shopping season is our busiest time as an online retailer. Rest assured, we
make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Please understand
that during the holidays, shipping and processing could possibly be slower. We
recommend you provide ample delivery time when purchasing gifts for others during the
