Terms of Sale

1 Warranty and Returns Policy

Everything we sell is guaranteed to be of first quality. Your total satisfaction is our objective. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return the merchandise unused in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged and the remaining balance will be credited to you.

2 Special Orders

A Deposits, Returns & Cancellations — When you place an order, you may be asked for a deposit if the item is a special order item which is not regularly stocked or if your purchase requires any special customization. Special order items and the returns policy above only applies to these items if they are found to be defective and were not sold as such. Otherwise special order items and specially customized items are not returnable.

You may cancel an order and we will refund your deposit if our supplier cannot provide the item within the expected time, or if the cancellation is requested in time for DinnerwareEtc.com to cancel the order with the manufacturer. If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order for any reason, our liability is limited to the refund of any monies you may have already paid us for the unavailable items.

Your order will be considered "Cancelled" once we have notified you via email.  If your order has shipped or is being processed and cannot be pulled, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact us and make a return.

B Delivery Dates —  Every effort is made to deliver your order as soon as possible but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

C Completion of Your Order — When your order arrives at DinnerwareEtc.com, it will be processed promptly and the amount owed will be charged to you. If you have not given prior instructions for shipment, your order will be shipped Ground service and you will be notified that your order is ready for shipment via email.

3 Backorders

Some items may be temporarily unavailable. While our goal is to deliver your order quickly, it is occasionally necessary to backorder items. If an item is unavailable you will be notified via email and we will release your backorder as soon as we have new stock.   Since we pre-bill all backorders you will not be charged additional shipping at the time of backorder release.


4 Shipping

Orders for shipment are sent by various shippers.  All items are carefully packed and fully insured and documented. When you receive the shipment, please open and inspect it immediately.

If you wish to return anything under the returns policy, call or email our customer service department and they will help you. In the unlikely event of your receiving anything damaged in a shipment, do not return it to us as this will invalidate the insurance. Just retain the item and all the packaging and telephone or email us immediately with the packing slip in hand. We will file the claim for you and immediately process a full refund or replacement.

5 Returned Checks

There is a returned check processing fee of twenty-five dollars.

6 Pricing, Sizes & Savings

Any sizes, capacities, dimensions, colors or descriptions shown are usually from manufacturer's information and are approximate and for guidance only. No warranty is given as to their accuracy. Savings shown in any of our documentation, publicity or displays are the difference between the manufacturer's recommended selling price and our current selling price.  While we take measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site.
