Returns
1) All Returns for non-damaged
items must made within 15-days of receipt.
2) Keep original shipping box and packaging material.
3) Call customer service at 877-777-8140 to obtain an authorization for return.
4) A restocking fee of up to 20% will apply to any order returned without prior
authorization.
5) Special Orders and Import Orders may not be returned.
6) The customer will be responsible for returning all merchandise at their cost.
7) All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed
appropriately to ensure no damage.
8) When merchandise is received, we will inspect it for any damages during
return shipping.
9) Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in
its original condition.
10) All orders shipped with free shipping will be issued a credit for the return
minus the original shipping charges incurred by us.
11) We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and original boxes. Please
contact us within 48 hours at returns@DinnerwareEtc.com
or 1-(877)-777-8140 for instructions. We will file the claim for you and immediately
process a full refund or replacement. No returns will be accepted without
authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy.
